During the first of February we organized the\u00a0commercial meeting<\/strong>\u00a0in our headquarters in Guarnizo (Spain). We gathered all the employees from the commercial departments of TierraTech\u00ae from\u00a0Spain<\/a>,\u00a0Mexico<\/a>,\u00a0USA<\/a>,\u00a0France<\/a>\u00a0&\u00a0Germany<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with the scope of sharing everybody\u2019s experience on the field and also to offer training regarding all the ultrasonic cleaning equipment<\/a> and the possibilities for them in all the different sectors.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Each sales representative presented one equipment sold during 2016, where they stated the requirements of the customer, the proposed solution by TierraTech\u00ae and the final solution to the issue and the\u00a0grade of satisfaction<\/strong>\u00a0the customer got once the Tierratech\u00ae equipment was installed .<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The commercial department also had the chance to improve their knowledge about the new\u00a0ERP-CRM (SAP BUSINESS ONE)<\/strong>\u00a0through a training session and individual tutorial classes. Our SAP expert, Marisol Solorzano solved all the doubts that we had from the months previous to the training.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The installation of SAP is a great improvement for Tierratech\u00ae both for the management of every customer\u2019s agenda during the commercial and advice process and for the customer service, since SAP it\u2019s an excellent tool to answer our clients faster and at the end to give the\u00a0best customer service possible<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

After a very intensive week full of meetings, sharing experiences between all the staff at Tierra Tech, we finalize them with a lot of satisfaction and with a very positive attitude to apply the new abilities acquired during this training at the\u00a0commercial meeting 2017<\/strong>\u00a0in TierraTech\u00ae, we had a wonderful lunch and took pictures of all the staff and set a date for the next commercial meetings at TierraTech\u00ae in 2018.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

From\u00a0Tierratech\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0we would like to\u00a0thank\u00a0<\/strong>our entire technical-commercial department for the good work done in 2016 and the enthusiasm they have in learning and improving day by day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
