5-Tank ultrasonic cleaning line with a capacity of 250 litres per tank. The machine is for the automobile industry, our customer cleans industrial springs and bushes.
Tank 1: Ultrasonic cleaning tank with sloped bottom
Tank 2: Hot rinsing tank
Tank 3: Hot rinsing tank with US and DI water. The deionized water system assures the perfect cleaning of the parts.
Tank 4: Hot rinsing tank
Tank 5: Drying tank
With a special transport system which takes all 5 basket-drums and put them into and out of the corresponding tanks at the same time. This system saves a lot of time and shortens significantly the production process.
Load and unload area in “C” shape. Once the basket-drums have been emptied from cleaned parts, they go through a motorized-rollers conveyor to the initial load position.
