INJECTION MOULD
Ultrasonic Cleaning equipment manufactured for injection moulds.
It has four tanks of 400 liters capacity each:
Tank Nº. 1: Ultrasonic cleaning to descale plastics, grease and oils remains that are deposited in steel moulds (plastic injection)
Tank Nº. 2: Cold rinsing with air bubbles and agitation for the elimination remaining in the mould
Tank Nº. 3: Hot rinsing with air bubbles with antioxidant for the prevention of rust in the pieces
Tank Nº. 4: Hot drying by air turbines
We will use an alkaline dephosphating degreasing chemical product and the duration of the cleaning process lasts between 15 and 20 minutes
