Ultrasonic Cleaner Solution Ultrasonic – 53 is a hot pickling additive completely free of amines, highly reactive, and superior to conventional alkaline pickling solutions.

This industrial ultrasonic cleaning product offers unique properties for pickling synthetic resins, primers, baked paints, water-based paints, including cataphoresis and anaphoresis coatings, in short periods of time.

Ultrasonic – 53 operates at temperatures between 80°C and 90°C, saving up to 20,000 kcal per m³ of bath compared to caustic solutions that require 110–120°C. This non-caustic pickling system avoids the formation of harmful vapors, making it safer and more efficient than other hot cleaning products.

Ideal for use in industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment, it ensures high cleaning efficiency while reducing energy consumption and operational hazards.
