The ultrasonic cleaning equipment MOT-4000N is engineered for heavy-duty industrial and automotive cleaning applications.
The system integrates six high-performance ultrasonic generators providing 20,400 W of total power (40,800 Wp-p), ensuring uniform cavitation and consistent energy distribution throughout the tank. Its reinforced pneumatic platform supports loads of up to 2000 kg, enabling safe and efficient handling of oversized engine parts and heavy industrial components.
Additional technical features include a 2” drain valve, 1” filling valve, a 28,000 W heating system for optimized cleaning temperatures, and height-adjustable silentblock legs for stability and operational convenience.

- 12 submersibles emitters with a power of 1700Wp (3400W p-p) made of 2.5 mm thick stainless steel AISI 316L steel. The emitter contains 34 PZT (lead zirconate titanate) piezo-electric transducers with aluminium alloy body.
