TT-400N ADVANCED
The ultrasonic cleaning equipment TT-400N ADVANCED features a tank capacity of 415 litres and an ultrasonic generator with an output power of 3400W (6800 Wp-p), equipped with automatic power monitoring and frequency control, providing undeniable advantages over traditional cleaning systems.
Its cleaning tank is constructed from 2 mm thick AISI 304L stainless steel and has an internal chamber with 20 mm thick thermal-acoustic insulation. With a 7″ touchscreen, it allows for the creation of various customised work programmes. Additionally, it comes with a lifting platform that facilitates the loading and unloading of parts, with a load capacity of up to 300 kg.
It is designed for the cleaning, descaling, and stripping of all types of parts, components, and accessories for industrial sector.
- Ultrasonic generator with an output power of 3400 W (6800 W p-p), featuring automatic power monitoring and frequency control.
- 2 ultrasonic emitters, each with a power of 1700 W (3400 W power of 50 W.)
- The WFS (Waterflow System for Oil Separation) is an independent tank from the cleaning bath that captures oils and particles on the surface, and it also includes a drainage system for oil discharge.
- The electric heater has a power of 7500 W and is constructed from Incoloy®, an alloy of metals resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
- The working frequency is 40 kHz, featuring a sweep system with ±2% accuracy.
- 7″ capacitive touchscreen.
- Control of the preheating time for the equipment, weekly calendar, alarms, heating element, as well as full control of the lifting platform and water level. It includes the ability to create different work programs.
- Ultrasonic cleaning tank constructed from 2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel.

- Exterior paneling made of easy-to-clean fingerprint-resistant steel with a thickness of 1 mm (metallic color).

- Manual opening and closing system with a pneumatic cylinder.
