TT-200N ADVANCED
The new TT-200N ADVANCED ultrasonic cleaning equipment features a robust 215-litre tank capacity and a high-performance ultrasonic generator delivering 1700W (3400Wp-p). With automatic power regulation and frequency control, it offers clear advantages over conventional cleaning systems.
Built from durable 2 mm AISI 304L stainless steel, the tank includes a 2mm thermally and acoustically insulated inner chamber to ensure efficient operation. A user-friendly 7″ touchscreen interface enables easy configuration and management of custom cleaning programs.
This model also incorporates a motorised lifting platform that facilitates the loading and unloading of parts, supporting weights of up to 200 kg with ease.
Engineered for intensive cleaning, descaling, and paint or coating removal, the TT-200N ADVANCED is an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial applications.

- The WFS (Waterflow System for Oil Separation) is an independent tank from the cleaning bath that captures oils and particles on the surface, and it also includes a drainage system for oil discharge.
- The electric heater has a power of 3750W and is constructed from Incoloy®, an alloy of metals resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
- The working frequency is 40 kHz, featuring a sweep system with ±2% accuracy.
- 7″ capacitive touchscreen.
- Control of the preheating time for the equipment, weekly calendar, alarms, heating element, as well as full control of the lifting platform and water level. It includes the ability to create different work programs.
- Ultrasonic cleaning tank made of AISI 304L stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm.
- Thermal-acoustic insulation of 20 mm thickness.
- AISI 304L opening/closing lid with 10 mm thick thermal-acoustic insulation.
- Pneumatic platform made of AISI 304L stainless steel, with a load capacity of up to 350 kg.
- WFS (Waterflow system for oil separation) independent tank from the cleaning tank for the collection of oils and particles on the surface, which also includes a drainage system for the oil discharge.
- Electric resistance with a power of 9000 W made of AISI 316L, a metal alloy resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
- *(Optional) TTF2 bag filter for removing sludge from the bottom of the tank. Made of AISI 304L stainless steel, with a pressure gauge and the capacity to integrate bags from 5 to 200 µm.
