TT-150N SAWMILL
The TT-150N Sawmill ultrasonic cleaning equipment is a robust solution engineered specifically for heavy-duty cleaning applications in the woodworking and sawmill industries. Powered by a 400V supply, it features a 3750W heating element and delivers a powerful 1700W of ultrasonic energy (3400W peak-to-peak) via a high-performance generator.
The system integrates 34 PZT piezoelectric transducers with aluminium alloy bodies. Operating at a 40 kHz sweep system (±2%), this ultrasonic cleaning equipment ensures precise and effective cleaning of saw blades, cutting discs, and resin-covered tools, even in hard-to-reach areas.
