The new ultrasonic cleaning equipment MOT-100N ADVANCED, featuring a tank capacity of 115 liters and a pneumatic lift platform that can support up to 60 kg, provides undeniable advantages over traditional cleaning systems.
It is the ideal choice for degreasing, decarbonizing, and removing deposits from engine parts and components, as it achieves exceptional finishes by accessing all hard-to-reach areas of the parts, regardless of their complexity and with minimal effort

- The WFS (Waterflow System for Oil Separation) is an independent tank from the cleaning bath that captures oils and particles on the surface, and it also includes a drainage system for oil discharge.
- The electric heater has a power of 3750W and is constructed from Incoloy®, an alloy of metals resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
- The working frequency is 40 kHz, featuring a sweep system with ±2% accuracy.
- 7” touch screen provides direct access to all functions and allows for the creation of various work programmes
- Controls the preheating time of the equipment, the weekly calendar, alarms, the heating element, and full control of the lifting platform and water level.

- Lid made of AISI 304 stainless steel with thermal-acoustic insulation.
- Manual opening and closing system with a pneumatic cylinder.
