Motor Clean is the range of ultrasonic cleaning equipment and systems specially designed for cleaning engine components and parts, as well as for all applications in the automotive sector.

The new MOT-400N ADVANCED equipment, featuring a tank capacity of 415 liters adn WFS capacity of 75 liters. With a pneumatic lift platform that can support up to 300 kg, provides undeniable advantages over traditional cleaning systems

This solution is ideal for descaling, decarbonizing, and removing deposits from engine components and parts. It provides exceptional finishes by reaching all hard-to-access areas, regardless of how intricate the parts may be, and requires minimal effort.

Ultrasonic Power: 3400Wp (6800Wp-p).
1 Ultrasonic generator with an output power of 3400Wp (6800Wp-p).
2 submersible emitters of 1700Wp (3400Wp-p) made of 2.5 mm AISI 316 stainless steel with 34 PZT (lead zirconate titanate) transducers with an aluminum alloy body.
Operating frequency of 40 kHz with a frequency sweeping system (sweep system ± 2%).

4.3” Capacitive TFT LCD touchscreen that is functional and intuitive.
It provides access to the selection of ultrasonic time, temperature, and peripheral or optional systems, and is also programmable with a weekly calendar.
PLC with a temperature module featuring 6 outputs and 8 inputs.

Tank constructed from 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel.
Exterior paneling made of easy-to-clean fingerprint-resistant steel with a thickness of 1 mm (black color).

Reinforced pneumatic lifting platform for loading and immersion with a load capacity of up to 300 kg.
Lid made of AISI 304 stainless steel with thermal-acoustic insulation and a manual opening and closing system with a gas strut.
WFS (oil separator), an independent tank for capturing oils and particles on the surface of the main cleaning tank, with drainage for oil discharge and maintenance with a capacity of 75 liters.
OPTIONAL: TTF bag filter or FQ101 cartridge filter for the removal of sludge from the bottom of the tank, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a pressure gauge and the possibility to integrate bags ranging from 5 to 200 microns or cartridges from 0.2 to 105 microns.
