The new ultrasonic cleaning equipment MOT-100N ADVANCED, featuring a tank capacity of 115 liters and a pneumatic lift platform that can support up to 60 kg, provides undeniable advantages over traditional cleaning systems.
It is the ideal choice for degreasing, decarbonizing, and removing deposits from engine parts and components, as it achieves exceptional finishes by accessing all hard-to-reach areas of the parts, regardless of their complexity and with minimal effort
- Ultrasonic generator with an output power of 1000W (2000W p-p)
- Ultrasonic emitter with a power of 1000W (2000W p-p)
- The WFS (Waterflow System for Oil Separation) is an independent tank from the cleaning bath that captures oils and particles on the surface, and it also includes a drainage system for oil discharge.
- The working frequency is 40 kHz, featuring a sweep system with ±2% accuracy.
- 7” touchscreen, preheating time control, weekly calendar, alarms, platform and water level control, and programmable work cycles
- Ultrasonic cleaning tank made of AISI 304L stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. Thermal-acoustic insulation of 20 mm thickness.
- AISI 304L opening/closing lid with 10 mm thick thermal-acoustic insulation.
- Pneumatic platform made of AISI 304L stainless steel, with a load capacity of up to 60 kg.
- WFS (Waterflow system for oil separation) independent tank from the cleaning tank for the collection of oils and particles on the surface, which also includes a drainage system for the oil discharge.
- Electric resistance with a power of 2250 W made of AISI 316L, a metal alloy resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
- *(Optional) TTF1 bag filter for removing sludge from the bottom of the tank. Made of AISI 304L stainless steel, with a pressure gauge and the capacity to integrate bags from 5 to 200 m.
