The TT-8000 ultrasonic cleaning system is designed for heavy-duty industrial cleaning of large components, offering unmatched capacity and power. Equipped with 34,000Wp (68,000W peak-to-peak) ultrasonic power delivered through 10 ultrasonic generators and 20 submersible emitters, each with 34 PZT piezo-electric transducers in an aluminum alloy body, the TT-8000 ensures deep, uniform, and efficient ultrasonic cleaning at 40 kHz with ±2% sweep system.
Its 3 mm thick AISI 304L stainless steel tank and 20 mm thermo-acoustic insulation provide long-term durability and thermal efficiency. The system includes two automatic insulated tank covers operated by pneumatic cylinders, a 2” drain ball valve, a 1” filling valve, and height-adjustable silentblock legs for stability.
The TT-8000 is equipped with a 7” capacitive touchscreen, providing intuitive access to ultrasonic timing, temperature settings, peripheral devices, and optional systems, along with weekly programming for automated operation. Optional filtration systems are available to remove waste and mud, and the integrated waterflow system maintains the cleaning solution in optimal condition. An air blow gun allows for efficient drying of cleaned parts.
