The TT-75N ultrasonic cleaning equipment is a compact and robust industrial ultrasonic cleaner designed for medium-duty cleaning tasks. It delivers 1000Wp (2000W peak-to-peak) ultrasonic power via a single generator, with one submersible emitter of 800Wp (1600W p-p) built from 2.5 mm thick AISI 316L stainless steel, containing 20 PZT piezo-electric transducers with aluminium alloy body.
The system operates at a working frequency of 40 kHz ±2% sweep, ensuring uniform and effective cavitation.
The 100-litre stainless steel tank is complemented by 20 mm thermo-acoustic insulation and a 1 mm thick fingerprint-resistant external panel, providing durability and energy efficiency. The unit includes a reinforced pneumatic platform for loading and unloading up to 30 kg, a 1” drain ball valve, and height-adjustable silentblock legs.
Its insulated stainless steel tank cover with pneumatic shock absorber and air blow gun drying system optimize cleaning performance and part handling. An integrated waterflow system sweeps floating waste, maintaining bath cleanliness, and an optional filtration system ensures long-lasting operation.
