The TT-75 ultrasonic cleaning system is a compact yet powerful solution for industrial cleaning of small to medium components. It features 800Wp (1600W peak-to-peak) ultrasonic power delivered by a single generator, equipped with 16 high-performance PZT piezo-electric transducers in an aluminum alloy body, operating at 40 kHz with ±2% sweep for uniform and efficient cavitation.
The unit operates on a 240V power supply and includes a 1350W heating element, ensuring optimal cleaning temperatures for a variety of applications. Its 2 mm thick stainless steel AISI 316L tank and thermo-acoustic insulation provide durability and energy efficiency, while the stainless steel basket with anchorage system allows safe and easy loading, unloading, and draining of parts.
The TT-75 also includes a 1” drain ball valve, height-adjustable silentblock legs, and an insulated stainless steel tank cover with pneumatic shock absorber, ensuring operational safety and reliability. The external panel is made of 1 mm thick fingerprint-resistant steel, with integrated side handles for easy maneuverability.
