The TT-4000N ultrasonic cleaning equipment is engineered for extreme industrial applications, featuring a 4,000-litre tank and a robust pneumatic platform supporting loads up to 2,000 kg.
Equipped with 10 submersible emitters delivering 18,000 Wp (36,000 Wp-p) through 42 high-performance IBL piezo-electric transducers, it provides deep, consistent, and highly efficient cleaning for large and complex components.
Operating at 40 kHz frequency with ±2% sweep system, the TT-4000N guarantees uniform ultrasonic distribution, ensuring optimal cleaning results. Constructed with 2.5 mm thick AISI 316L stainless steel and powered by a 35,000 W heating element, this equipment offers durability, reliability, and precision for the most demanding industrial cleaning tasks.

- 12 submersibles emitters with a power of 1700Wp (3400W p-p) made of 2.5 mm thick stainless steel AISI 316L steel. The emitter contains 34 PZT (lead zirconate titanate) piezo-electric transducers with aluminium alloy body.
