The Ultrasonic cleaning equipment TT – 24G XL graphic industry is the perfect choice for industries that demand precision in every cleaning process.
This equipment operates with a 240V power supply and includes 2x450W heating elements. It delivers 600W (1200Wp-p) via a high-efficiency ultrasonic generator and 16 IBL piezo-electric transducers in titanium steel. With a working frequency of 40 KHz (sweep system ±2%), it ensures thorough, uniform cleaning.
The control panel features a main breaker, ultrasound timer, temperature selector, and a power level selector (50%–100%). It also includes a DEGAS system to remove gas from the liquid for optimal ultrasonic performance.
The tank is built from 2 mm thick AISI 316L stainless steel, with an external panel made of fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy maintenance.
