The Ultrasonic cleaning equipment TT – 200G for graphic industry is a high-capacity system designed for advanced cleaning applications. Powered at 240V, it features a 7500W heating element and delivers 2000W of ultrasonic power (4000W peak-to-peak) through two robust submersible emitters made of 2.5 mm thick AISI 316L stainless steel.
Each emitter includes 20 PZT piezoelectric transducers with aluminium alloy bodies, ensuring consistent and deep cleaning performance.
Operating at a 40 KHz sweep system (±2%), this unit is ideal for removing ink, grease, and residues from delicate and complex components in the graphic industry, such as anilox rollers and printer parts.
