The TT-150N ultrasonic cleaning equipment is engineered for precise and efficient industrial cleaning processes. Delivering 1700W of ultrasonic power (3400Wp peak-to-peak) through a dedicated generator and a high-performance submersible emitter, this system ensures powerful and consistent cavitation for demanding applications.
The emitter integrates 34 IBL piezo-electric transducers in titanium steel, providing durability and uniform ultrasonic distribution throughout the tank. Operating at 40 kHz with a ±2% sweep system, the TT-150N guarantees homogeneous cleaning results, even on intricate components with complex geometries and internal cavities.
Designed for environments where precision and reliability are critical, the TT-150N offers consistent, repeatable ultrasonic cleaning performance in industrial production and maintenance operations.

- 2 submergible emitters made of 2.5 mm thick stainless steel AISI 316L steel. The emitter contains 34 PZT (lead zirconate titanate) piezo-electric transducers with aluminium alloy body.
