TT-50 Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment
The TT-50 ultrasonic cleaning system is a compact and versatile industrial cleaner designed for small-to-medium components in industrial and laboratory applications. With a 50-litre tank and 700Wp ultrasonic generator (1400 Wp-p), it provides powerful cavitation for precise cleaning of delicate or intricate parts.
Operating at 40 kHz with ±2% sweep system, the TT-50 ensures uniform ultrasonic energy distribution throughout the tank. The system is equipped with 14 PZT piezo-electric transducers in aluminium alloy bodies for consistent cleaning performance.
The tank and cover are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, with 20 mm thermo-acoustic insulation to reduce noise and maintain energy efficiency. A 7” capacitive touchscreen allows intuitive access to ultrasonic time, temperature, and optional peripheral systems, including weekly programming.
The TT-50 is ideal for automotive, electronics, laboratory, and precision manufacturing sectors, providing reliable and efficient ultrasonic cleaning in a compact footprint.
