The TT-600N ultrasonic cleaning system is designed for high-demand industrial cleaning applications, providing powerful ultrasonic performance and precise control. Its 6000W effective ultrasonic power (12000 Wp-p) is delivered through three submersible emitters of 2000W each, ensuring deep cavitation and thorough cleaning of medium-to-large industrial components.
Equipped with a 4.3” touchscreen control panel, operators have intuitive access to ultrasonic cycle time, temperature settings, and optional system management. The TT-600N also features a programmable weekly calendar for automated operation, allowing efficient scheduling of cleaning cycles, and a PLC module with 6 outputs and 8 inputs for precise temperature regulation.
Constructed with a robust stainless steel tank, the system is resistant to corrosion and chemical agents, making it ideal for automotive, aerospace, electronics, and precision manufacturing sectors.
