During the first of February we organized the commercial meeting in our headquarters in Guarnizo (Spain). We gathered all the employees from the commercial departments of TierraTech® from Spain, Mexico, USA, France & Germany with the scope of sharing everybody’s experience on the field and also to offer training regarding all the ultrasonic cleaning equipment and the possibilities for them in all the different sectors.

Each sales representative presented one equipment sold during 2016, where they stated the requirements of the customer, the proposed solution by TierraTech® and the final solution to the issue and the grade of satisfaction the customer got once the Tierratech® equipment was installed .
The commercial department also had the chance to improve their knowledge about the new ERP-CRM (SAP BUSINESS ONE) through a training session and individual tutorial classes. Our SAP expert, Marisol Solorzano solved all the doubts that we had from the months previous to the training.
The installation of SAP is a great improvement for Tierratech® both for the management of every customer’s agenda during the commercial and advice process and for the customer service, since SAP it’s an excellent tool to answer our clients faster and at the end to give the best customer service possible.

Tierratech 2017 Commercial Meeting: Innovation and Strategy
After a very intensive week full of meetings, sharing experiences between all the staff at Tierra Tech, we finalize them with a lot of satisfaction and with a very positive attitude to apply the new abilities acquired during this training at the commercial meeting 2017 in TierraTech®, we had a wonderful lunch and took pictures of all the staff and set a date for the next commercial meetings at TierraTech® in 2018.
