The TT-4 x 400N + 2AFACN + SN is a high-performance industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine designed specifically for plastic injection mould maintenance. Manufactured to clean steel moulds efficiently, this system removes accumulated grease, oils, and plastic residues, restoring moulds to optimal condition for high-quality production.

The equipment features four tanks, each with a capacity of 400 liters, allowing a controlled and thorough cleaning cycle for complex mould geometries.

Four-Stage Ultrasonic Cleaning Process for Injection Moulds

The TT-4 x 400N system integrates a complete cleaning workflow:

  • Tank Nº 1: Ultrasonic cleaning tank for descaling plastics, grease, and oil residues deposited in steel moulds

  • Tank Nº 2: Cold rinsing tank with air bubbles and agitation to remove remaining contaminants

  • Tank Nº 3: Hot rinsing tank with air bubbles and antioxidant to prevent rust formation

  • Tank Nº 4: Hot drying tank with air turbines to ensure complete moisture removal

The cleaning process uses an alkaline dephosphating degreasing chemical, with a cycle time ranging from 15 to 20 minutes per batch, depending on mould contamination and complexity.
