TT-4 x 2500 – Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning equipment for Food Industry

The TT-4 x 2500 is a specialized industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine designed for the food industry. This custom installation was developed for a client producing Burgundy snails from their own exclusive harvest, which are cooked in the traditional style before being marinated.

The system is designed to clean organic residues inside the vehicle networks used during production, ensuring hygiene, quality, andfood safety standards.

Four-Stage Ultrasonic Cleaning Process for Food Industry Applications

The TT-4 x 2500 features a complete four-stage cleaning line with 661-gallon tanks:

  • Tank Nº 1: Ultrasonic cleaning with WFS (Water Filtration System) for effective residue removal

  • Tank Nº 2: Cold rinsing to wash off remaining contaminants

  • Tank Nº 3: Warm rinsing to ensure thorough cleaning

  • Tank Nº 4: Drying with hot air turbines for moisture-free final parts

A specially formulated chemical product is used to optimize cleaning efficiency while protecting the delicate food-contact surfaces.

Automatic Transport System for Enhanced Efficiency

The installation includes an automatic transport system, which improves cleaning performance and minimizes losses of broken shells. By combining ultrasonic cavitation with controlled rinsing and drying, this system ensures repeatable results, hygiene compliance, and high throughput in the food production process.

The TT-4 x 2500 demonstrates how industrial ultrasonic cleaning machines can be adapted for sensitive food industry applications, providing precise, automated, and safe cleaning of large production components.
