Ultrasonic cleaning equipment TT-30 operates on a power supply of 230V/10A and features heating element of 450W.
It generates ultrasonic power of 600Wp (1200Wp-p) through a single ultrasonic generator, working at a frequency of 40 KHz with a ± 2% sweep system. The device incorporates 12 high-performance PZT (lead zirconate titanate) piezoelectric transducers with an aluminium alloy body for effective cleaning.
Built with durability in mind, the tank is made from 0.08” thick AISI 316 stainless steel, while the external panel consists of 0.04” thick fingerprint-resistant steel and is insulated with 0.79” thick thermal-acoustic material.
With a capacity of 8 gallons and an overall weight of 75 lb, this equipment is ideal for various cleaning applications.
