The ultrasonic cleaning equipment TT-1000N offers exceptional cleaning performance with 6800Wp (13600Wp-p) of ultrasonic power. It features 4 submersible emitters, each containing 34 high-efficiency IBL piezo-electric transducers in titanium steel, and operates at a frequency of 40 KHz sweep system (± 2%). Its large 264-gallon tank capacity makes it an ideal solution for heavy-duty cleaning in industrial and automotive sectors.
Equipped with dual 7000W heating elements and a reinforced pneumatic platform capable of supporting up to 1102 lbs, the TT-1000N ensures efficient handling and processing of large parts. The user-friendly 7” touch screen allows easy programming of ultrasonic time, temperature, and optional peripheral systems, providing precise control for optimized cleaning.
Included the integrated waterflow system. Sweeps the waste floating on the surface, keeping the cleaning equipment in perfect condition.
