The ultrasonic cleaning equipment TT-4000N offers 20400Wp (40800Wp-p) ultrasonic power, with 12 submersible emitters made from thick AISI 316 stainless steel.
Each emitter is equipped with 34 high-performance IBL piezo-electric transducers in titanium steel, operating at a 40 KHz sweep frequency for optimal performance.
It has a 4.3” intuitive touch screen allows for easy control of ultrasonic time, temperature, and optional systems, with a programmable weekly calendar. The robust tank, made from 0.12” thick AISI 304 stainless steel, includes 0.79” of thermo-acoustic insulation and an integrated waterflow system to maintain cleanlines keeping the cleaning equipment in perfect condition.
The TT-4000N also has a reinforced pneumatic platform for handling loads up to 4409 lbs, with height-adjustable silentblock legs and a 2” drain valve.
