The TT-8000N ultrasonic cleaning equipment features an impressive capacity of 2272 gallons and is designed for heavy-duty industrial cleaning.
The unit operates on a 400V power supply with a powerful heating element consisting of 60.000W components, ensuring rapid heating capabilities.
Its ultrasonic power is rated at 34000Wp (68000Wp-p), achieved through 20 submersible emitters, each delivering 1700Wp (3400Wp-p) and made from AISI 316 stainless steel.
The TT-8000N is equipped with a 2” drain ball valve, a 1” filling valve, height-adjustable silentblock legs, and two automatic insulated tank covers operated by pneumatic cylinders for easy maintenance. An integrated waterflow system helps maintain cleanliness by sweeping waste floating on the surface. Optional filtration systems are also available for handling waste and mud. With a weight of 7716 lb, this ultrasonic cleaning equipment is ideal for large-scale industrial applications.
